Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of holidays, and shipped via the USPS.
Frederick Nick Xavier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure that your delivery address is secure. If security is an issue, please select the “Standard Shipping w/ Signature Confirmation” option at checkout. This option comes with no additional cost.
If you would like your order shipped via FedEx or UPS your request can be made by emailing info@fnxclothing.com. Please be aware that you will be asked to pay the additional amount if the shipping cost exceeds the standard shipping fee paid at checkout.
Frederick Nick Xavier does not have the capacity to ship internationally at this time.
Returns
Returns of unworn and unwashed garments are accepted within 30 days of your order date.
The return of garments that are damaged, soiled, and/or altered will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be sent back to you.
To initiate a return email info@fnxcltohing.com. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Return shipping is free. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
